Classrooms did an amazing run with our recent coin challenge and raised over $1800, which exceeded the $1500 goal that was set. Due to all their hard work we had 8 staff members volunteer to be “pied.” It was a great treat enjoyed by all. See the video here: https://youtu.be/Lzh2ew-bU0k

Kindergarten finished off their construction unit this week with a "Touch a Truck" activity. They were able to see and learn about an ambulance, tractor, utility vehicle, semi truck and an antique car. Thank you to our volunteers for bringing in some unique vehicles for our learners to look at.

What a great job by our Readers Theater crew! They performed "A Long Winter," written by Elaine Lindy & Lindsay Parker. This was an adventure story set in Canada. Children in grade kindergarten through grade 5 took part in making costumes, backdrops, title letters and reading parts. We will look to do more of these in the future!

Such fun at Weather at Your School today!
