Mrs. O’Neill’s kindergarten had a pumpkin themed math class today! They measures the height and weight of the pumpkin, estimated the pumpkin seeds and worked on counting and place value.
Shapleigh welcomed SNAP Ed into our classrooms today. They will be visiting monthly to teach our learners about different fresh fruits and vegetables. Today students got to explore and taste pears!! Yum!

Taking learning outdoors can provide hand-on learning experiences while enjoying the beauty of our natural world. Every week our PreK will be heading in the woods with their journals to discover, investigate, observe, and document what is happening in the world around them.
